Private Sessions: Meeting with board-certified and state licensed therapist that focuses on goals, achievements, and outcomes of client plan of care for any of our programs.
Physical Fitness: A 30-180-day exercise programs focused on muscle strengthening and building in conjunction with fat reduction. Program requires member to use their own body strength and some of the studio equipment. Training provided, oversight to ensure proper technique and coaching as needed. Although one-to-one sessions are available at additional costs, this program requires the client to be completely independent and seek assistance for clarification purposes.
Isotonic Nutraceutical Program: Is the use of clean, scientifically based, organic supplements to improve physical health conditions, and body functions through use of isotonic supplements. Program benefits individuals with joint diseases, muscle trauma, decline in cognitive alertness, and more.
Weight Management Program: WholePerson Therapeutics utilizes the scientifically proven, customized and individualized TLS Weight Loss Solution program. Weight management (loss of weight) is all about what works for you. Life isn’t rigid or predictable, neither is one person to another, and your weight loss solution shouldn’t be either. LOW GI EATING: We think that food should be delicious, nutritious and revitalizing. TLS easy to follow low-GI program centers on food quality, because wholesome food produces lean, energetic people. We supply the menus and recipes — you bring your appetite.
BODY COMPOSITION: A truly fit body must be active, which is why we focus on healthy body composition. Here we aim to change the muscle to fat ratio since muscle mass directly influences the metabolism. This is achieved through our clear-cut exercise plans, videos and interactive tools.
SUPPLEMENTATION: Sustaining energy and enthusiasm is essential to effective weight loss. We offer an extensive collection of weight loss supplements to help you adjust to your new lifestyle and prevent plateaus. Each supplement is scientifically-developed to target different weight loss struggles.

Physical Rehabilitation: This Program requires clients to undergo an on-site evaluation with a board- certified therapist. After the evaluation, the therapist establishes a plan of care to overcome and/or improve member’s limitations. This program requires 1:1 supervision by therapist and uses state of the art rehabilitation equipment. Duration depends on extent of members injury or illness.
Occupational Therapy: Occupational therapy is the only profession that helps people across the lifespan to do the things they want and need to do through the therapeutic use of daily activities (occupations). Occupational therapy practitioners enable people of all ages to live life to its fullest by helping them promote health, and prevent—or live better with—injury, illness, or disability. (AOTA)
Therapeutic Massages: The rubbing and kneading of muscles and joints of the body with the hands, especially to relieve tension or pain. The type of massage provided is determined by client diagnoses and body function. Beneficial for stress, muscle tightness, muscle pain and spasms.
Pain Management: Use of modalities such as diathermy, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and essential oils in combination with physical rehabilitation to holistically reduce and manage painful conditions.
